1. Overview

The Landora $10K Challenge is a 24-hour token competition hosted by Landora. Participants compete to achieve the highest organic token performance during the competition window. Total prize pool: $10,000 USD
Top 3 tokens will receive $3,333.33 USD each.

2. Competition Window

  • Start: Immediately upon official announcement
  • End: 11:59 PM EST (next calendar day)
  • Submissions or activity outside this window will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:
  • Comply with all applicable local laws
  • Not be located in restricted jurisdictions
  • Use a valid Solana wallet
Landora reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Winners will be determined based on:
  • Organic price performance
  • Organic volume
  • Holder distribution quality
  • On-chain activity
  • Absence of manipulation
Landora reserves the right to evaluate what qualifies as “organic” activity.

5. Prohibited Activity

The following will result in immediate disqualification:
  • Wash trading
  • Self-trading or bot volume
  • Artificial liquidity manipulation
  • Sybil wallet farming
  • Coordinated fake engagement
  • Exploits or contract manipulation
Landora may use on-chain analytics tools to detect manipulation.

6. Prize Distribution

  • Prizes will be paid in USDC (or equivalent stablecoin)
  • Distributed within 7 business days after verification
  • Wallet address must be provided by winning participant
Landora reserves the right to withhold payment if suspicious activity is discovered.

7. Disqualification & Final Authority

Landora reserves the right to:
  • Disqualify any participant
  • Modify or cancel the competition
  • Interpret the rules at its sole discretion
  • Adjust results if manipulation is detected
All decisions are final.
